Density and Specific Gravity Hydrometers to BS 718 and Other National and International Standards
These hydrometers are ideal for use in laboratories, and are made in accordance with national and international standards. They can be supplied with calibration certificates, or certificates showing traceability to national UKAS standards.

These hydrometers are available calibrated for liquids of low, medium and high surface tensions. Low ST calibration is available for hydrometers measuring from 0.600 to 1.300, medium ST calibration is available for hydrometers measuring above 0.960, and high ST calibration is available for hydrometers measuring above 1.000.
Hydrometers are usually supplied as Low ST below 1.000, Medium ST from 1.000 to 1.600, and High ST above 1.600. To specify a product use the prefix shown, followed by the start of the range. For example a 1.050/1.100 L50 density hydrometer for medium ST would be DC3339/105.
